If you are interested in being placed on a waitlist for any cancellations\, please email our PD Coordinator Carolyn Earle\, c.earle@bigpond.com\nWe are delighted to present this innovative workshop on “Managing Change” by A/Professor Margaret Potter. \nA/Prof Margaret Potter is an education consultant\, health professional and internationally certified coach with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals\, groups and organisations to optimise communication\, teamwork and workplace-based performance. Margaret is a sought after presenter who will engage\, inform and entertain participants with a “hands on” approach. \nLiving in a world of continual change is a reality and being able to manage it effectively can be very difficult. However\, with the right mindset and practical strategies you can overcome fear\, anxiety and helplessness associated with change and learn to positively embrace it. \nThis session is designed to grow your capacity to manage change in the workplace through discussion of the dynamics of change and identification of strategies to self-manage and support others. \nThe 1/2 day workshop is interactive and will enable participants to readily apply what they learn within their practice.
