DESCRIPTION:OT Services in the Home Interest Group \nOur first interest group presentation for the year will be from Occupational Therapist Faye Baker from Osborne Park Hospital. Faye will provide an overview of the services provided by OT with a focus on outpatient clinics. She will discuss inclusion criteria\, program content\, outcomes\, and referral pathways. \nFaye has 8 years of experience across residential aged care\, community home visiting and outpatient rehabilitation and has a passion for falls prevention and promoting patient centred care.
