Statutory Declarations Regulation
Back in March 2017 WAOTA submitted on behalf of Occupational Therapists in Western Australia that the rules of Statutory Declarations be amended to allow for Occupational Therapists to be added as witnesses to statutory declarations in their own right.
As of 18th September 2018 WAOTA has been advised that Occupational Therapists are now added to the list of authorised witnesses. To view the new regulation please see link below.
