With heightened awareness of the importance of sleep for health, wellbeing and function, Occupational Therapists are increasingly addressing sleep as part of clients’ occupational performance. Many factors affect the fine balance of our clients’ sleep and daytime function. In this session, Sue will focus on factors related to the home setting, with discussion of practical strategies for assessment and intervention.
