Brightwater Care Group in partnership with the Curtin School of Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Speech Pathology and the Faculty of Health Sciences, are offering this joint PhD scholarship in brain injury rehabilitation.
The scholarship will provide the recipient the opportunity to have real life experience. It will be offered to a student interested in questions such as:
- What is the impact of patient-centred community based functional rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injury?
- How are post-acute rehabilitation outcomes translated into sustainable long-term living arrangements for people with ABI?
- How does a neuroscience approach help clients to regain the sense of touch for participation in everyday activities in the home
