WAOTA Students are pleased to welcome Jade Beck as our presenter for our October PD! Jade Beck graduated from Curtin University in 2013 and is currently a senior occupational therapist and occasional acting p3/coordinator at Fremantle Hospital specialising in Geriatric Rehabilitation.

Jade has worked in several clinical areas in the hospital setting over her career. After graduating, Jade worked at OPH for five to six years in geriatric rehab, elective surgery and in leave relieve. She also lived in London for two years where she had the opportunity to receive her first leadership role at the Royal Free Hospital where she was the team lead for a multidisciplinary team for renal and urology roles. Furthermore she worked in the acute medical unit, trauma and orthopaedic wards whilst at Royal Free Hospital. She then returned to Perth and had the chance to work at Fiona Stanley Hospital in general med, ICU and some relief in the state rehab service before going to Fremantle where she covered in stroke rehab before getting her current role.
