Talitha (Tilly) is the director of Cornwall House OT Services. She has over 14 years experience working with children and adults with disabilities through her work with Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia. Tilly has worked predominantly in private practice whilst also working on completing her PhD. Currently overseeing 9 Occupational Therapists, Tilly works across the lifespan with children and adults with varying degrees of abilities from development difficulties to complex disabilities. In 2018, Tilly began training Dash (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) to work as a therapy dog in Cornwall House OT Services. Since then the Animal-Assisted Therapy program has expanded to include Equine-Assisted Therapy. Professionally Tilly’s accomplishments have been recognised through Certification as a Hippotherapist, presenting at National Conferences on her work with People with Visual Impairment, and recipient of the 2019 WAOTA Clinical Excellence in Paediatrics Award.
