Workplace Modifications are aimed at assessing an individual’s work requirements and environment and determining appropriate equipment, support and training needs to assist them to safely perform their work tasks to their fullest potential. This session will focus on workplace modifications in the disability and injury management space for both worker’s compensation clients and clients with non-comp conditions.

Presenter: Jasmine Cowdroy graduated as anOccupational Therapist from James CookUniversity in 2016 and is currently a Principal Consultant at Konekt Workcare. She is an assessor on the National Panel of Assessors and has been undertaking Workplace Modification Assessments for 3 years. Jasmine has a keen interest in working with DVA clients and undertaking complex ADL and workplace assessments.
